The red ray quality is about your will, determination and actions or doing in the world when it comes to vital and important issues for you to manifest. These qualities support the goals and the person you are in your depths. It also represents the qualities of the father, your male side and the ability to be you as an active and independent individual.
The blue ray quality is about your feelings, self-accept and –esteem and the capacity to being you as you are in your depths. It also represents the qualities of the mother, your female side and the ability to relate to others as a social being.
The yellow quality is about your way of thinking, your beliefs-system, criticism or evaluation and your ability to be joyous in the Now. Your capacity to being you, with others in the world. It also represents the qualities of the child in you. The “divine” child’s ability to connect with to the mysterious creative energy manifested in the individual and the world.

The yellow rays quality and how it is developed and manifested in your life up till the present moment: What is the story of your special way of thinking, your ideas and beliefs of yourself, others and the divine? The story of your joy, being with others and the divine?
How did you learn what you are? And how are you, in your present life, supporting this learning? Who are you behind your self-image or persona? How to un-learn this programming?
1. The Principle of Willingness
Red Ray
The commitment to evolve, no matter what it takes. Your willingness to change. You have to MAKE THE DECISION. This is not done once and for all. This decision should be taken whenever you loose your perspective and aim. You have to create and mobilize all your courage. Make your decision and stick to it in all corners of your life. Now and here is the best time and place to do it – no excuses anymore.
DO YOU REALY WANT SOUL-CONSCIOUSNESS and do you really want to work for it? There is only to answers – yes or no. There is no thing as a free time or “I first have to heal or feel better” etc.

2. The Principle of Openness to your Process
Blue ray
You change by accepting who you are with all the issues and fragments you have in your luggage. FACE AND CONFRONT THEM – stop running, escaping, covering up, avoiding, making excuses, blaming etc. By not stopping you add to the problems of yourself and the Evolution on the Planet.
Clearing your issues and blockings makes you open your channel to your Soul. So stop the neurotic patterns of your personality.
You have created all there is in your life – you are responsible for your life and yourself. There are only you to clean up the mess. Acceptance.
3. The Principle of Relating & Sharing
Yellow Ray
Realize we are part of a greater whole, whether we like it or not we are interlinked with all humanity and the creation. Therefore it matters greatly how we relate and what we share. As individuals we exchange energy. Our relating and sharing should expand the energy in the group.
In relating we can only contribute by sharing ourselves.
This is CREATIVE COMMUNICATION. And when we get out of our conditioned responses and patterns we are doing creative communication or act from the universal principles of ACTIVE INTELLIGENCE.
This means we are investigating the frontiers of ourselves and group work by sharing – beyond our ego-centrism – allowing the ACTIVE INTELLIGENCE to work through us to expand the group’s energy.
The embodiment and self-realisations
The transformation goes from releasing all shades of ego-drives, self-images, negative emotions and stress’, breaking the imprisonment of the defence-systems. Towards realising, integrating and manifesting the reality of the depths of yourself. To become more and more alive as whom you are deeply connected to your body and soul that will heighten the vitality of your sensing, perception and sensitivity. It is the base of heightened intuition.

Ever exploring and intensely listening with you whole being to your self, others and the divine. To hold feelings without re-acting or denying. Merging with feelings, sensations releasing past defences. Coming into the Now, fully present in the body.
It leads to re-creating your inner energy and regaining contact with you natural inner self or soul. Going into the mysterious depths of your body, soul and the creator.
Then you realise there is only one consciousness and there is only the Now – the past and the future exists only in the Now. It takes the development of detached involvement.
The evolutionary trinity is about expanding your experiences and knowledge of the depths of your self, your relating to others and the divine or the hierarchy.
To truly know yourself you have to meet the other two in the trinity.
To explore the divine, at some point, you have to face your dogmatic beliefs about the divine or the hierarchy, then to meet yourself and your capacity of relating to others – for they are functioning like a mirror.
When acting on true self-knowledge in your daily life, it leads to wisdom, acceptance, empathy, compassion, faith, service.
It is to become resonating from the core of yourself with the universal vibration of expansion and evolution.
It is to become more and more fully alive in the joys and suffering of the human life.
